The System 1-2-3 Deluxe Lounge Chair is part of an expansive family of dining and lounge chairs that boast sleek silhouettes and edgy character that is quintessential of their iconic creator Verner Panton. The current series which boasts variations in seating position, upholstery style and base model are the result of several years of Panton's devotion and the result is a timeless collection of chairs that are as fresh and relevant today as they were when they were first introduced decades ago.
The chair originally featured a light frame construction made from steel upon which fabric could be mounted. In the new version, Verpan has used foam rubber for increased sitting comfort and to ensure a tight and even upholstering.
